The PA401 Wood Edition features a front grille with 33% porosity, designed to maximise airflow and ventilation. Dual 160mm front fans efficiently deliver up to 138 CFM of airflow to graphics cards and CPU coolers, while the outer ring connecting the fan blades helps to minimise initial vibration. Together with the 120mm PWM-controlled rear fan, the cooling system offers optimal airflow, low noise, minimal vibration, and high reliability.

The distinctive six-stage production process used to craft the front panel begins with a thermowood treatment, which protects the wood against insects, humidity, and heat.
